Milan officially welcomed The Corp, Italy’s first consortium dedicated to nightlife and entertainment. The network unites clubs, venues, restaurants, and music festivals. Its goal is to create a safer, more recognized nightlife model inspired by Ibiza. The consortium already generates €126 million in revenue. It represents one of Italy’s most influential entertainment ecosystems.
During the launch event at Dazi, The Corp introduced its first projects. First, the charity festival Aperyshow will debut in Milan in 2026. Second, the Aut Dance project will make clubs accessible for people with autism and disabilities. Finally, the consortium will support urban regeneration in the Certosa District and Ex Macello.
Aperyshow: Italy’s Leading Charity Festival Comes to Milan
The festival Aperyshow combines live music, artistic performances, and fundraising. It started in Veneto region in 2011.
In 2026, it will host its first Milan edition. The venue will be announced soon. In 2025, the festival gathered 170,000 attendees. Over 300 artists performed, and it raised €151,500 for nonprofit organizations.
This event shows how entertainment can support communities while delivering world-class experiences.
Aut Dance: Creating an Inclusive Clubbing Experience
Aut Dance is a pilot project at Milan’s Hollywood Rytmoteque. It adapts the club environment for people with autism and disabilities.
Music and lighting are carefully adjusted, the bar offers only non-alcoholic drinks and the venue provides safe, comfortable spaces for all participants.
In addition, a manga art workshop allows guests to explore creative expression. These measures help participants enjoy nightlife in a welcoming environment.

Urban Regeneration: Certosa District and Ex Macello
The Corp plays a key role in Milan’s urban renewal.
In the Certosa District, the consortium supports Nomad, a new venue for sustainable nightlife. The venue spans 1,500 sqm. It includes a 140-seat restaurant and a 900-sqm outdoor area for events up to 1,500 people. The site offers 400 parking spaces. Nomad will open in February.
At Ex Macello, The Corp manages part of the area to host cultural and entertainment activities. The larger redevelopment will transform 150,000 sqm into a new district. It will include 1,200 apartments. This project returns valuable urban space to Milan.
A New Era for Italian Nightlife
The Corp employs over 900 people and attracts 260,000 visitors monthly. It combines inclusion, sustainability, and urban development. Its approach balances culture, business, and social impact. Milan is set to become a benchmark for European nightlife.
By integrating charity, innovation, and creative urban projects, The Corp creates a model for the future of Italian club culture.
