For every producer making music late at night from a bedroom studio, searching for the right sound and hoping to be noticed, this could be one of those rare opportunities worth taking seriously.
Paul van Dyk has officially announced VANDIT Next Generation, a new mentorship and talent scouting programme created to support emerging electronic music producers and help them develop their artistic direction alongside experienced industry figures.
The initiative, launched by VANDIT Records, is open to artists working across trance, progressive house, melodic techno, chill, downtempo and forward-thinking electronic productions without strict genre boundaries.
Rather than being just another demo contest, VANDIT Next Generation aims to offer direct creative support, because five selected producers will have the chance to work personally with Paul van Dyk through one-on-one sessions, production feedback and guidance focused on refining both sound and artistic identity, while selected tracks may also receive an official release through the VANDIT Label Group.
At a time when thousands of tracks are uploaded online every single day, standing out has become harder than ever and initiatives like this can offer emerging producers a real connection with artists who helped shape electronic music culture over the years.
Speaking about the programme, Paul van Dyk explained that the goal is not only to discover new music, but also to support a new generation of artists by helping them develop creativity, confidence and their own musical voice.
Submissions are now open and artists interested in applying must send their strongest original track via Dropbox or SoundCloud link to the email address demos@vandit.com using the subject line “VANDIT Next Generation”, together with a short biography and personal introduction, while also making sure the production is delivered in the highest quality possible according to their level of experience.
The deadline for submissions is June 15th, 2026.
