MOGA Festival returns to Essaouira, Morocco from October 1–5, 2025, marking its sixth edition with a compelling blend of music, culture and community.
The first round of announced artists includes major international names such as Bonobo (DJ Set), Apollonia, Folamour, Arapu, Priku, and Saoirse, promising an unforgettable experience along Morocco’s Atlantic coast.
This year’s edition kicks off with two days of free OFF events across the city’s historic medina, followed by three days of main programming at the stunning Hôtel Le Golf d’Essaouira & Spa.
The main event will feature performances across four stages, Main, Garden, Wild, and Terrace, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 AM, with a lineup of more than 70 artists from around the world.
Founded in 2016, MOGA has earned a reputation as a boutique festival that bridges international electronic music with Moroccan culture. Attendees can expect more than just music, the festival integrates wellness sessions, art installations, workshops, culinary experiences, and panel talks to foster deeper connections between people, music and place.
This year’s lineup features a carefully curated selection of global and local talent, including Bedouin, DJ Tennis, Cabanne, Janeret, Patrick Mason, Steve O’Sullivan (live) and many more.
In between sets, festivalgoers can relax in two swimming pools or explore the surrounding palm grove, a signature of the Essaouira venue.
Like its sister edition in Caparica, Portugal, MOGA Essaouira has become more than a festival, it is a cultural movement and a lifestyle.
With an expected 16,000 attendees, including a strong international audience, MOGA reinforces its position as a must-visit destination on the global festival circuit.
