Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) has revealed the second wave of its lineup for the 2025 edition, confirming more than 1,200 DJs and live acts. The festival, scheduled for October 22 to 26, will once again transform Amsterdam into the capital of global club culture.

This year’s edition promises to be the most ambitious yet, with the final program expected to feature over 3,000 artists performing at more than 1,000 events across the city. ADE’s unique format brings together the festival, conference, and arts program, making it not just a music event but a complete cultural experience.

Highlights from the second wave lineup

The newly announced artists include a wide spectrum of electronic sounds. Club icons like Jeff Mills, Carl Craig, Moodymann, Seth Troxler, Ben UFO and DJ Pierre join festival headliners such as Enrico Sangiuliano, Indira Paganotto, Chris Stussy, Sally C, TOKiMONSTA and Mahmut Orhan. Rising talents like Amaliah, Bullet Tooth, Polygonia, YoungWoman, Tjade and TWIENA further enrich the program, reflecting ADE’s commitment to both established legends and emerging voices.

With more than 450 events already locked in, ADE 2025 is shaping up to be a sprawling showcase of electronic music in all its forms. From intimate club nights to grand productions, the diversity of the lineup mirrors the diversity of the global scene itself.

Special projects and immersive experiences

Beyond the impressive list of DJs, ADE is known for curating unique one-off projects. This year, Jeff Mills returns with his celebrated concept Tomorrow Comes the Harvest, blending electronic music with live instrumentation. No Art Festival will host a complete takeover within ADE, while Intercell expands its footprint with over 16 events throughout Amsterdam.

Immersive and experimental experiences also play a central role. ZERØBPM presents a 40-hour ambient meditation marathon inside the historic Thomaskerk, pushing the boundaries of sound and endurance. Meanwhile, ZeeZout brings its ADE Special to the Concertgebouw, offering a rare encounter between club culture and the acoustics of a classical concert hall.

Venues that define ADE

Part of ADE’s magic lies in its venues, which range from small underground clubs to some of Amsterdam’s most iconic landmarks. In 2025, the former prison complex De Bajes and Levenslang return as unique backdrops for performances. The legendary pirate radio ship Veronica Schip will once again host events on the water, keeping alive a crucial piece of Dutch dance music history.

A new addition to the program is the ADE Lab Village at Westerpark. This open-air hub will feature large-scale art and light installations, all accessible for free, further expanding ADE’s reach beyond the dancefloor.

ADE Pro: where the industry meets

Alongside the festival, ADE’s Pro Conference continues to set the standard for professional gatherings in the electronic music world. The 2025 edition features a stellar lineup of speakers and masterclasses, including Skepta, Eris Drew & Modeselektor, Luke Slater & Chris Liebing, Nicole Moudaber, ANOTR, as well as the founders of No Art and Tomorrowland Brasil.

This mix of artists, entrepreneurs, and innovators highlights ADE’s role not just as a festival but as a driver of dialogue, networking, and knowledge for the global industry.

Tickets and what’s next

The second wave announcement represents just half of what’s to come. In the coming weeks, ADE will reveal the full lineup, which will ultimately feature more than 3,000 artists.

Tickets for individual events, as well as the ADE Pro Pass, are available via the official ADE website. With demand expected to be high, fans and industry professionals alike are encouraged to secure their passes early.
